Take a look at some of the many reasons to visit Cheltenham and the Cotswolds

Cheltenham is a charming regency spa town with many attractions, great restaurants and shopping, plus many festivals from the literature festival, to the jazz festival and of course The Cheltenham Festival, the famous horse racing meeting. It is superbly situated for trips to other towns and cities such as Oxford, Bath, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.

At King’s Cottage you’re minutes away from the gorgeous Cotswolds with its delightful villages such as Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water, and simply splendid English countryside.

There’s plenty of walking nearby including the Cotswold Way. Fabulous golf courses are also on the doorstep and for those with a bit more energy some great cycle routes.

One thing’s for sure is that you will never lack something to do if you stay with us at King’s Cottage, unless do to nothing is exactly what you’re after of course – don’t worry that’s available too.

We’re always on hand to offer local tips and advice, and help as required.
